The other day I was flipping through a Free People magazine I got in the mail, and a certain recurring trend caught my eye. Scarves being tied directly at the neck… almost looking ascot-like. To my surprise, I actually love the way this looks. Where had I seen this before? Well, they were all over the runways for Fall/Winter 2015-16.
In fact this trend showed up in New York, Milan, and Paris for several shows, each styled differently.
